Installation and set up

Installer "Lisa" was awesome. She called before her scheduled time to let us know she was coming. She was on time, cleaned up after herself, was very professional and stayed to set up our system and answer any and all questions we had. After she was done, she gave us her number and offered to call us back after we used the product for a few days to see if we had any other questions or concerns. I don't normally pay for installations but this was out of my comfort zone so we splurged. I would do this every time with an installer like Lisa.

TV was okay...

Had to manually power off and reset via Vizio.com instructions. Very budget friendly TV, but I recommend getting a better one if you can.

Love Our New TV

A glitch?

Backgrounds distorted.

I call the pixels, but....Don’t know what settings need to be adjusted to get rid of them. Again, in dark backgrounds often in basically dark scenes. I’d like some technical support to resolve this issue.
