The buttons for the volume don’t work and it lags during chrome cast. Also it glitches between apps.

Posted .Hello Keky, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv on my bday 1/25/21. as a bday gift for me i went in and spoke with the guy in the tv department and i asked him about the (VIZIO 70' V. series) tv and he said he has one left he went to the stock room and came back about 15 min later saying yes he found one the last one they had in stock. i said ok I'll take it and i informed him that Walmart was selling the same tv BUT at a lower price so he spoke with his boss and they agreed to price max. great so i bought the tv they delivered it to my home. and when i opened up the box i really should have stop and called them to come and get it because when we pulled the tv out of the box the screws in back of the tv there should have been 4 but it was only 2 and there was no instruction about the tv and the killer was the remote was in the plastic bag with the batteries were in the remote like they had been used. so i hook the tv up and turn it on and it played well nice pix color was great and a week later ... lol the tv started acting up my volume on the tv stop working and my pix started freezing up on the screen. i went back to Best Buy in Victorville Ca. were i bought this tv. and i spoke to Dave they said he was the mgr. I explained to him what my problem was i told him this is not a new tv it's a open box. and that is not what i bought well he (Dave) looked into it and he said there was nothing they could do i needed to contact Vizio because i have a parts warranty on the tv.. wow i'm so upset with best buy , they sold me an open box tv and to this day 3/29/21 i'm still having problem with it. i ask to speak with another mgr and i was told no other mgr was available. so what do you do. lol lol

Less than a year of buying it the remote wont work right and i know its not a remote issue because we bought 3 of them and have the same problem. We have to reboot the tv almost daily because it will not connect to our internet even though it says its connected. Our apps will not load or will not play shows or will not have volume. Waste of money!
