Excellent Product! Exactly what I was looking for!

I have purchased the vtech phone a few times they work pretty well and are reasonable i think they're good phones.

This was a great purchase, love the color and it works very well in my office.

Works well but due to the color red it’s hard to see the numbers since they are in silver with a red background. Does not get very loud since I needed it for my elderly parents not very good would help if the buttons were bigger

It was a little more difficult to navigate some of the features than the Panasonic that I replaced. Overall, it is OK but manageable.

I was looking for a replacement wireless phone for the house cable system. When I saw the multiple handset set up, I immediately checked out the least expensive ones available in store. Well, these are still major upgrades from the old phone I was using in the house. Now I have one in the kitchen, so it can be heard ringing if needed. Now to just stop all the robo calls. Thank you!

Item was returned because there is no caller ID. Can't see who is calling and that was my main purpose for getting it.

These phones are great! I used to have the AT&T brand, but the volume was horrible. So glad I switched, just wish they came with an answering machine.

I picked up this unit two years ago because it does NOT have an answering machine built in. My VOIP system does that. The basic operation of these phones is flawless. I have the remote unit on my office desk and the base unit is in the other end of the house. Connectivity has never been a problem. We've used the handsets out in the yard, as intercoms when I was working in the crawl space, and as speaker phones for a group, The base is connected to our VOIP analog telephone adapter alongside two wired phones and a different company's cordless, and shares the line perfectly. I am very happy with their operation as a wire-line phone system. When we tried the bluetooth connection feature, it was a disappointment. The unit would ring correctly, and often worked correctly, but sometimes answered the cell call itself when I intended to handle the call directly on the cell phone. Often is not good enough, so I turned the bluetooth feature off and continue to love it as a conventional phone.

For the money, nothing else compares. Also, the product appears to be well made and solid.

I am very pleased with my purchase and also appreciate the assistance given by Best Buy employees. The price for the double set of phones was easily within my budget...not very costly but a lot for the money! As an extra phone (or two), I don't lose contact with friends because I misplaced my cell phone. I do that a lot! Thanks for a good product and a good price!
