So good, in fact, that I returned it BECAUSE it turned out that the phone I had (same brand, just an earlier model) did work so the more recent purchase was superfluous. Given that the original, still-operating-properly unit was, impressive quality. It was at least 10 years old.

Great VTECH set - inexpensive and simple to use

It takes no time to set up (just plug and play). Bought it to replace a very old set that wouldn't keep a charge. The charge lasts a long time, which is great when you're on hold forever with customer service or chatting for a long time with family members. I also liked the function that you could see who called while you were out. It's not exactly an answering machine but it gives you who called at a glance.

The phone is good for the price and easy to set up The only thing I wish was easy is when you wanted to review your call ID instead of just scrolling down . You have to go into the menu . To found reviews call ID
