Decent phone for the price. Only thing is the wall mount base is garbage. It doesn't cover the phone plate totally. We had an older vtech phone and that base wouldn't work with the new phone.

This cordless phone system was easy to assemble, even though I have no technical ability. Sound quality is very good. I can wander around my second floor with the phone and still get good reception. The price was unexpectedly low for a two-phone system. I've had it for about 6 weeks and am happy with it.

I'm very happy with this wireless phone's performance. It's easy to use and to save and edit entries into the phone's directory--which you can do very nicely right from the caller id log. It's great being able to screen calls with the caller id. I like how clear the sound is and how convenient it is to use. The battery lasts a long time--when on a lengthy call the charge lasts--even for a call lasting 2 or 3 hours. I also enjoy the convenience of having the spare phone in the other room and the mobility of walking from room to room without the limitation of cumbersome landline wires. It's great!

I recently got new home phone VOIP service as an included feature with my cable company, and needed an inexpensive phone system to connect to the service so that I could use it. I was hesitant after not having a home phone for over 20 years, and wasn't sure exactly what kind of phones to get, but these phones did the job! They have crystal clear reception and work perfectly for my cable provider VOIP phone service. I love the included features with these handsets, caller ID, directory storage, etc. and they are still very simple to use. Buttons aren't too small or too big, and handsets are lightweight and pretty easy to hold on to. Very good deal and didn't have to break the bank to get a couple of phones for the house.

These phones were easy to set up and use. I really like the feel of the unit in my hand and it has good sound and a strong speaker phone function.

This phone system is great for people who still need or prefer to have a land line & do not need an answering machine because you already have voicemail through your service provider. Just take it out of the box, set it up (in under 10 mins) & charge it for the amount of time that is in the instructions. The first thing I noticed was the clarity of my calls. The sound quality is great when using the handset or the speaker phone. It is very easy to enter or save #'s in the built in phone book. I like that it also has a caller ID feature that is easy to read. The green backlight comes in handy in a dim or dark room. I have talked for hours & still have 50% battery life left without the need to charge again. The handset is lightweight, yet it doesn't look cheap. A voicemail indicator appears on the screen of the handset when you receive a voicemail. It also shows if you have any missed calls. I think all of the phones features are great & should meet anyone's land line phone needs. Another bonus is the nice selection of ringtones. You can set each handset to a different ringtone if you want or keep them both the same. Has volume control & rings very loud when the volume is at it's highest level. I highly recommend this phone system. For the price, you can't go wrong.

The phone set was very easy to setup and install. Hassle free. It also had all the features I wanted for a great low price and its expandable if I want to add more phones to the set.

These phones are nice, good quality, durable, have good reception away from base and have no static. I like that they don't take up a lot of space or can be hung.

This phone does what it was meant to do. It's a nice extension to my VoIP OOMA setup. Although I only use it as a backup solution, so far it has performed as expected. Excellent range. Not a lot of bells and whistles. It does store some numbers, has locator/intercom function, etc. All in all it works well. I only give it 4-stars since there is no place to plug in a head seat. Other than that, good value for the $$$.

We purchased this home phone system because we needed something reliable and cheap. We did not need to have an answering machine because we have answering service through our cable company so this seemed like the only phone system that did not have one. The phones charge up fast and stay charged for 5-7 days without having to put in back in the charger. The phones are very easy to use and I would recommend this system to anyone who is looking for a low cost phone that is simple to use and reliable.

This is a good, basic cordless phone system with nice sound quality and a comfortable dial pad. I've had no problems with it, and it was very reasonably priced. The only negative thing is that occasionally, when you need both hands free and cradle it with your neck, you hit the off button and it disconnects. But this can be avoided by using the speakerphone feature.

After purchasing and returning two Panasonic phone systems, both of which stopped working after 2-3 months, I decided to go back to V Tech. The product is a bit more expensive than Panasonic and ATT, but the quality is vastly superior. Excellent tone, with no hollow echo so often fond in other portable phone systems. Terrific range (distance from the home unit). I am never buying anything else but VTech.

Recently had to replace old phones that were no longer holding a charge. Decided to buy new phones rather than replace batteries because technology had improved and new had more features. The VTech are reliable and less expensive than some of the other brands.

Small size very easy to use nice sound very practic

I bought it primarily for my business. It has a decent sound. I would prefer better value for ring tones since it is kinda hard to listen to ringing phone with noise at my business. But it provides very good value for the price it was offered, especially with two handsets. Very simple to use and install. display is good too. buttons are little harder, I would like if they would be softer in feel and press. Overall, it is a great product if you are not looking for a simple just to call phone.
