Bought this phone for my mother. She doesn't want any fancy features, she just wanted something reliable and this was it.

The price was right so I made the leap. I'm happy with this purchase. It's a basic house phone but that's all I needed. The standby battery life isn't as long as it should be but the call clarity and range are fine. I'd buy again.

This phone is perfect for me. I wanted something basic and easy to use. The ringtone is good, reception excellent and my dad, who wears a hearing aid and has difficulties with a lot of phones, is able to hear quite well without any adjustments. If I ever read the instructions, I'll bet I'll like it even more!

I do like shopping at Best Buy -- However at my last visit, the service was very disappointing. T he sales people were too busy having a good time with each other to notice there were costumers waiting. I may go to another Best Buy the next time I need help and hope that I HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE.

This little phone provides a great emergency phone. Plus, a cell just does not cut it for professional sound during remote meetings. This phone has speaker and mute. AND MOST IMPORTANT the mute and speaker butters are completely opposite of the ON/OFF button so you don't inadvertently disconnect yourself and others from your WebEx!

my old phone died out, so I needed a replacement phone, this is the 2nd cheapest/owest priced phone best buy had on the shelf, and it is a nice lightweight and slick design, sound is great and value is great. I highly recommend this phone if you need one.

I bought this phone thinking it had an answering machine, but it didn't have one. What it did have was a great reach from it's base unit! Crystal clear sound when talking. Clear display screen. LOVE the intercom and the red color! One of the nicest phones I've ever owned and the price was very affordable!

only problem has been finding an add-on phone that is copatible

Not looking for anything fancy and this was a great solution.

This phone gets hot when use for a long time, so does any phone due to the battery. Don't expect this phone will last long for talking more than 2 hours. You might want to find more expensive and better phone. This phone works for me as i don't really use my home phone too much.
