I bought this as a gift for a relative staying abroad and they loved it. They loved the fact that it looked sleek and not bulky unlike other cordless sets. Also important for them was the caller ID functionality and the LED backlit. They've asked me to get few more so they can gift to their friends. Do I need to say more? :)

I wanted a red phone and liked it when I first saw it. It is fairly easy to use even as a new product for someone who is not a techy.

This phone is just to be used functionally. Does not erase messages off screen. Notes phone calls and does not delete

The phone has no obvious signal (e.g., a flashing red light) indicating the presence of a voicemail message. It takes several steps to access numbers stored in memory. When holding the phone on my shoulder, it's very easy for my chin to turn off the phone.

These phones can be added to a household system and they assume some of the existing phone network features automatically. Nice.
