We absolutely love VTech phones. The screen is large enough and bright enough for the elderly eyes. Reception is great. The phone is sturdy and feels solid in your hand.

We had purchased a much more expensive big name brand for our shop and neither party could hear the other talking. No issues at all with the V Tech.

I must have higher standards for the sound quality of a telephone than other reviewers, because I don't find that this phone is particularly good. Some calls and many messages have a crackly, unclear quality. I also find the feel of pressing the keypad buttons is less than ideal. I miss my old corded phone, but needed one with two lines, so had to switch. I'm rather disappointed in this Vtech phone, but for the time being will live with it.

Once I received this new phone system, took a little while to review the operation manual, and get it set up, but now that I have it up and functioning it is doing a Good Job of answering calls when no one is available. Still need to make some final adjustments to the many functions it is capable of doing, but am very pleased with this purchase. It replaced an older Radio Shack 2 line telephone answering system. Glad I could find one that wasn't an arm and a leg in cost factors, and works good. Thanks!

Easy to setup and add extra handsets to the main unit. Phone is user friendly.

I needed a new land line telephone. There was not a lot of choices for me out there. This was a very well made and sturdy phone system. It was very versatile..you could have more expansions if you needed them.

The phones work well and the quality of sound is fine. Picking up messages from mailbox 1 (for line 1) and mailbox 2 (for line 2) is easy and with one touch. Also deleting/skipping through messages is easy. I only wish there were a couple more mailboxes per line. Reviewing caller ID and missed calls is a little cumbersome, but I'm sure it'll seem easier after I've used the phone functions more often. I thought the extra handsets were included with the purchase of this phone, but they are not. I purchased 2 more handsets separately. Both lines work on the handsets when plugged into any electrical outlet.

We needed a second line in the house but refused to have multiple phones all over the house. This was a great solution. We were able to set it up so that each line had a distinct ring to let us know which line is ringing, plus the display lets you know.

We've had this phone in our office for one month now and it works just fine. We purchased a different one, but realized it didn't have voicemail/answering machine so we got this one. No problems and sounds good.
