    Great Product

We were early adopters and own 2 and they work great. Capture everything you’d need in the event of an accident or theft. Records voice as well so you can narrate in the event you need to make a description of something while you are driving. I have 3 work trucks that I will be outfitting soon with these for safety and security but also to monitor how long we are at a particular customers.

Great device! Perfect for what I needed! I like that its hardwired as opposed to taking up yet another cigarette lighter spot. Super sturdy constructions as well, I was surprised at how well built it felt when I first pulled it out of the package. And i think the 4g version is worth the additional $100... I told my insurance about the "real-time location data" and they said it would qualify for the GPS tracking discount.

    Very happy with 360 4G

I purchase a 360 4G directly from Waylens and had it installed in my BMW. I loved it so much I got one for my van too. Yes, it is a new product and needs a little patience - I could not get the 4G to connect properly but sent an email to support and within the hour got a reply on how to fix it. There are firmware updates which make it better and better. I would recommend it to other live cameras as it look as part of my car and is not an ugly extension on my windshield. Tucked in the lower part and looks great. Thanks Waylens!

Great System for monitoring my Jeep

I waited for this 4G version for a while and am very happy I did. I am very happy with the camera and all of the features it offers for alerts and for loading what it captures to the cloud. The added security of having these videos safe and accessible is a Hugh plus for me. Yes there is a fee for this service, but it is well worth it should a theft or break in occur as what it capture will be available even if the camera is not.

I've tried a lot of different dash cams and I think I've finally found the one I am staying with. The 4G connection and app really make this thing worthwhile. Now I can keep an eye on my car from across the country, which I did while it was parked at the airport for a week and I was 1500 miles away at a conference. The camera quality is great, just a bit strange watching myself on the 360 view when reviewing. Definitely worth the money.

I have a Waylens 360 4G camera in my personal vehicle and have a Waylens 360 Wifi in my other personal vehicle. I love them both. I spent some time to make sure that I adjusted bump and motion sensitivity as to not waste my 4G service. They both work as advertised and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had several applications where this product has been the solution! A private day care school bus. Ideal for the administration and comforting to the parents. A private garage / work shop without WiFi. Covers the security need, with instant alerts.

This camera is a great idea but thus company is the worst. My camera stopped working and I’ve been trying to contact them for over a year and I’ve never heard back from them. I’ve emailed and called and posted on there website and they won’t respond to either. If your camera malfunctions your only option is to buy a new one. The quality of it isn’t worth the price in the first place and when you pair that with them refusing to help when it breaks and you end up just throwing your money away.

Love. This. Camera. I was sideswiped a few years ago & ended up getting sued because the other driver said the accident was my fault. That lawsuit wouldn't have happened with a 360 video of the accident. I feel much more confident on the road because this camera records all around me and also catches stuff that happens to my parked car.

I have the Horizon camera which was AWESOME! So when the Secure360 came out I jumped on it. And gave my wife the Horizon. The Secure360 is a great idea. The video quality SUCKS. The UI on the phone app is hard to navigate and figure out.

I have had this installed about 6 months now and compared to my other vehicle's dash cam this provides clear video and the app is easy to use. The installation installation instructions provided all the detail I needed to "hardwire" install the camera. I've not had any issue with the 4G. I can access the camera from multiple devices.

Although I have to admit the hardware has great potential, I gave this camera a couple of years, and was NEVER happy with the way it operates. Completely user unfriendly and I even had my work vehicle cleaned out by a thief while this camera was supposed to be working/recording. I found out though that due to a combination of terrible service and slip-shod user interface, I was never contacted in any way to tell me it had ceased recording to the cloud even though previously it had been. It simply stopped working: there was nothing to tell me short of my going to check constantly to make sure it was. Funny thing; it sure is set up to let you know if you need to pay them more money for additional cloud space though. Needless to say I had 0 recording footage of the thief. Way to go Waylens. You can't even set up a way to pay for larger blocks of Monthly Data on a bulk deal so you can save your customers money. These guys are a rip-off all the way around and I would strongly recommend using wisdom and don't give your money to them. There's got to be a better option out there than this undependable set-up. If you do buy one... Good luck to you.

This is the most expensive camera Best Buy sells, yet it cant capture the license plate of a car 20' ahead. Waylen's has no tech support, not even a guy in India telling you his name is Steve. If you enable cloud recording it will use up a months data every two days. The only communications I have been able to get from Waylen's was 4 emails telling me to buy more data.

The cost is outrageous! The camera is poor quality and very dark grainy looking with the legal tint on my truck. The camera can not make out plates on other cars. I don’t trust that the app will get any attention or nor will Waylens keep up with the updates. So I returned my purchase. The 4g LTE 360 is a great concept but just not there. Again not for the cost.

I set my Waylens 360 4G to the lowest sensitivity motion setting for parking mode. Unfortunately, overnight even when there was absolutely zero motion happening, it recorded every single minute. This filled up my monthly data storage plan in less than a day. I believe this camera needs to be pulled from the shelves until they can get it right.

Do not buy. Box came without WIFI password. There is really no customer service at all as described in previous reviews. I emailed several times, no answer. If you call customer service, it rings at some lady's desk in Boston. complete waste. Get something where there is product support.
