I purchased this for my ps4 and it's been great since I've installed it. It doubled my storage space and my ps4 is running at high speeds

Replacement hard drive (my old one was damaged) was installed pretty quickly and seems to be working fine. Wish I could have gotten it a little cheaper, but I think the cost was in line with the going rate.

This is a pretty large hard drive for my laptop since I download a lot of music and pictures. So far working well for a good price.

Great product. Worked perfectly to replace ps4 slim hd. Also a very easy repair. Will say that unfortunately “next day shipping” was not next day, but after a customer support rep hung up on my call and some negotiation with the next representative I did receive a $10 gift card for the inconvenience.

This fits perfectly in my PS4. Installation was easy and the PS4 runs great.

Hard drive has worked ok since we got it without any problems we were aware of. Computer crashed and replacement of drive restored it's operation so it seems to be doing it's job. Appreciated Geek squads friendly and quick resolution of the problem we was having with the computer and will certainly use them to repair our computer again if the need arises.

Used this to replace a dying PS3 hard drive. Does everything I need it to do and does it as fast as SATA I will allow. Great drive and since my other one is over 7 years old and still working this should be a good replacement.

Purchased this product after my hard drive was corrupted and took forever to repair. My laptop 1-year warranty was expired so I had to repair it myself. Had no issues installing it since Youtube had plenty of tutorials for my specific laptop and it was a great price. I also believe it comes with a 2-year warranty from WD which is also a plus

I purchased this hard drive after my 160 gb hard drive on my play station 3 went dead. Instead of sending my ps3 back to play station and paying $100.00 and getting the same drive, I saved my money and installed this baby. Easy as pie. Working great so far!

A catastrophic hard drive failure required a replacement HD. This model was available as a ready replacement for the original drive. Had it installed, and was off and running (with required OS and software reloads, of course). The OEM drive that went bad was the same brand of HD with which I've experienced much trouble lately. The Western Digital drive, however, has been preforming flawlessly. I do not hesitate to give this brand and this drive in particular my highest recommendation.

As a friendly reminder: Do not install modern Windows on a hard drive! You're going to have a bad time! ... with that out of my system, let's get to the details. 5400RPM, quiet, part of their consumer-grade "Blue" drives. Legitimately good, in terms of file and game storage. In sustained reads, I saw it happily hover between 75-150MB/s with batches of steam libraries being moved to an SSD. In sustained writes, it held it's own pretty competently. Hovering anywhere between 80-100, as well. I wouldn't run any super large game titles on this, or anything with a fairly large open world. But for re-locating your Music, Videos, Documents, Pictures, and Downloads folders to keep your boot drive free... The seek times are pretty quick, it is pretty silent, and works okay. Buy this for a storage drive.
