Old HDD was unable to be repaired, so I purchased this to replace and upgrade. No issues when installing it and rebooted my computer quickly.

Plugged in the new drive and it worked with no issues. Restored the hard drive from the backup and it works like there was never a problem. It is also noticeable faster than the one I replace and the price was good.

My Toshiba laptop crashed after 4 years of almost daily use. This part quickly restored my device and allowed me to get back to work on my writing. The Geek Squad Plan made the the replacement easier...I only had the cost of the part.....such a great deal for an non-techie. And I had my device back in a day!

I bought this drive to replace a drive that was failing. I had originally bought a 480 GB SSD, but that wasn't enough space. So I bought this one. I had someone set it up and transfer my files. All is good. I have also noticed an increase in speed when booting up and working with multiple windows.
