    Went in with a PC, problem. In resolving that, the Rep further recommended and correctes some operating issues that were plaging me. With this external drive I could download everything was just laying in an old PC. Great Idea, THANKS A LOT!!!!!!!

    I've purchased numerous western digital external drives over the years and have been pleased with their performance. Now with USB 3.0 ports on my computer and the USB 3.0 interface on this drive, backups are very quick.

    got my computer reset and they backed up everything on my computer. The only thing is i wished they formatted it to work with mac and windows at the same time so when i took in my other computer i had to buy a whole new hard drive
