    Western Digital did not make a patch to use pre Windows 10 external drives work with Win 10 requiring another purchase of hardware. But cost was low, product quality is high so not letting that non compatibility issue rattle me.

    I used to use a ClickFree external hard drive but it started to have problems so I decided to purchase a replacement. ClickFree is out of business so I looked into competitors. This hard drive is not as simple to use as the ClickFree but it is doing what I need. Holding the hard drive, it doesn't feel very well encased but since I don't carry it around it should suffice.

    I now own 2 of these. The are not only great as a backup drive, but I also use them as an inexpensive image drive for Windows. And, by renaming the image files, I can store multiple images on the same drive.
