Not a good product

After trying for a week to get it properly installed, Including several chat exchanges with WD support (they were excellent, by the way), I finally returned it as defective. The “plug and play” software is not user friendly, and I had to contact the company to find a user manual like a download. The only reason I gave it a star was because the customer service people were very responsive and good. They just couldn't help me.
