    I use this as extended game storage on my ps4 and it occasionally drops the ball in staying connected during rest mode. Not the best model for that reason.

    works, is faster than the hard drive in the Xbox one so shorter load times in games generally.

    BUYER BEWARE: It's decent storage for the price, but if this drive fails on its own, someone knocks it off a shelf onto the ground, or etc. etc. WD has geniusly decided to use a proprietary internal connection system. This means YOU HAVE 0% CHANCE OF DATA RECOVERY unless you are willing to pay a lab, and I quote, $1,250 for them to get the data off because there are like 2 places in the country that have the ability to work on these drives. Had I known this, I absolutely never ever ever in a million years would have purchased this drive.
