Western Digital has let me down not once, , not twice but three times, I have to look for alternatives as these are not reliable and I have lost valuable data.

Doesn’t work at all. I returned the first one and the new one didn’t work either so I’m out $125. Best Buy was not helpful

Bought it in Aug, and now is nov, and this thing is useless, cannot use my data anymore I had lost all my File and important stuff because this thing suddenly broke.

After 2 months it has stopped working. Won’t connect and it’s cost just as much to recover my data as it did to purchase it.

Slowed down my computer everytime I plugged it in. Couldn't save anything. Upset with this purchase. Waste of money.

Keeps givinf i/o errors on mac. Western digital used to have better quality.

Not happy with this hard drive. Only thing I’ve ever stored on it is music. 4 months in and it’s already junk.

I bought the drive brand new from BesyBuy. The drive crashed in less than 3 weeks weeks after I bought it.

We bought 2 of these. One broke almost right away and the other still works. A waste of almost a hundred dollars.

good product but the cord and plug on this device is really lose. Im afraid to remove the plug because I'm afraid its going to break.
