This is surprisingly light weight and compact for a 5 TB hard disk. Just started using it and no concerns so far. Read and write speeds are consistently around 100mbps. Will update my review after few weeks of use.

Easy installation primary usage Windows Operating systems Workstations and Servers. Had to go into management devices to assign drive letter several times, but that is a fairly easy procedure.

This is my second My Passport purchase in a year--each for different computers--and I am very satisfied. It is easy to set up, both for manual backups and automatic. It arrived very quickly when purchased. I would definitely buy again.
