    I absolutely love my Passport 5TB External USB Portable Hard Drive!!! I had to move all my files from my work computer to make sure I didn't lose anything when they upgraded computer systems and I was able to save everything in a very timely manner without any problems!!!!

    The cable connector on the drive was a little flimsy and difficult to plug into. Otherwise, a solid performing device for an affordable price. I haven't used the WD software.
