    After trying to back-up my Macbook pro twice, I received a popup letting me know that it didn't back up because the computer was running on battery, even though it was plugged in both times. The directions are so small I had to use a magnifier from my iPhone to read any of it. When I tried to register the warranty it wouldn't allow me. My next step is to try contacting customer service. Previously, I had a G-spot that worked for years right out of the box.

    Just stopped working out of the blue. Won’t mount or power on. So now all my files and work are completely gone. Do not waste your money unless you don’t care about your files.
