Nice Large Hard drive for the price. It is working great for what I need.

Good Hard Drive. Performs well, never slowed down and doesn’t overheat.

To me this purchase is more about the knowledgeable, personable staff who directed me to this item than the item itself. I was looking for one thing and the employee who directed me to this one really knew his stuff! It was another staff member who directed me to him, who knew that the other guy was a superior resource. The store was very busy and yet when they were working with me, I never felt rushed. The spirit in the store was friendly, not the usual static I experience in chain stores. Of course, the place was clean and neat and well organized and the staff knew where what I was needing for was. The magnet car phone holder has exceeded my expectations. The old one I had broke from how much I use it. This one is constructed in such a way that the likelihood of me wearing it out is very remote. It fits neatly in a much smaller space than the one I had previously and holds my phone well. I liked the directions provided in the package. They were simple and covered contingencies that I would not have thought to and yet actually had to deal with. I doubt I will need to replace this phone holder, but will recommend it to anyone I know who has need of this. I will also recommend that they go to that Best Buy in Beavercreek, Ohio to make any purchases related to nature of that store.

I have earlier used older version of this product and from than I liked it very much. Last 1.5 year I used another company’s product but it was not good at all and switch to WD My Passport Ultra. Superb speed with awesome encryption. And perfect in size. For external hard disk, no other company can beat WD.

This is an attractive looking drive that is compact and fast. If you need an external drive with a reasonable amount of storage and fast transfer speeds, considder this drive! WD makes a good guality product and this has exceeded my expectations.

Connectivity is fast and easy using the USB 3.0 connector. Transports easily. I have purchased two other WD My Passport External Drives in the distant past and have been very satisfied with their performance, reliability and durability. I expect that this drive will live up to that expectation as well.

I've had this for a while and stored photos, videos, game capture recordings, apps and still have over 3 TB and a half left. I'm able to use it between mac and windows to move around videos. It has decent read and write speeds for a hard drive, It's not as bad as I expected.

Grandkids love it. Glad I brought this for them. A+

hooked up to my Netgear Nighthawk R9000 router to use with Plex Tv. The Passport works perfect with the router for Plex. This is the 4th WD External Hard Drive I own. WD is top notch and I would recommend this brand to anyone needing more storage.

We have been buying these WD portable H.D.'s for several years without any issues. Much better then those other guys, which I will not mention their names. Buy these WD portable H.D.'s when they are on sale at BestBuy, as they do have the lowest price.

I have it shared on a network and it works just fine whether I am using it from the computer it is attached to or I access it on the net. It holds files. It lets me access them from wherever I need them. How could I ask for more?

What a great, simple to connect product. I’m enjoying having this 4TB storage for ALL my 600+ movies that are now portable to take to the lake, the coast, and mountains for vacation. Simple connection to laptop and link to RV television! We love it!!!

Nothing bad about the hard drive but good thing it work for what I need it for

I've had various My Passport drives, but I prefer the My Passport Ultra with the metal housing. It feels more substantial and doesn't seem to run as hot as other external drives I've used. The stylish 2-tone look is rather sharp as well!

If you can get this on discount buy it, its great, and we have had no issues at all. My 4th WD passport, keep getting bigger all the time and when they get at or under 100 i usually upgrade, and this was a great upgrade, tons of space...

No issues, easy to use. Perfect for what I needed. I have 3 laptops and was afraid my siblings would someone crash my laptop and all my information would be gone. I backed up all my information and like I said easy to use.

The back-up drive is compact and easy to carry with me. The 4 TB storage has lots of room for my photos.
