Works great, have been using daily for almost 3 years and have not had any problems.

I am using this Drive along with other Seagate drive in my NAS drive and it works seamlessly without any issues.

The drives worked great and responded quick enough. No issues with sound as they're in a server rack as extra backup.

Works great with WD PR2100 (NAS server). Use with Plex and HDHOMERUN. Now I Watch my favorites when I want to.

use these exclusively in my NAS... haven't had to replace one of the four in over 3 years.

In spite of WD having a spattering of unhappy purchasers lately, I'm "Happy So Far!" Bought 2 of these to be used as off-line storage, so perhaps they will hold-up. tested them for 2 days without issues.

I wanted to upgrade my NAS storage, I've been using WD Red without any issues.

This drive comes in an OEM box rather than a retail box. It is for NAS but can be used as a regular HDD.

Good hard drive for a Home NAS box. running two of these drives with ZFS formatting with a windows share across my home network.

I have been using the WD RED NAS drives ever since WD started making them I started with (2) 2 TB drives in my Windows Home Server 2011 running them in RAID 1 configuration. I have since upgraded to Windows Server 2012 and I am runnning the (2) 2TB WD Red drives and (4) WD Red 3 TB drives and now I just bought (2) more WD Red 3 TB drives b/c I am building a Windows Server 2012 R2 Server. So far my (2) TB drives are over 2 years old and my first (2) 3 TB drives are close to two years old now and no failures still running great. I am just too afraid to upgrade to 4 or 5 TB drives plus by limiting myself to 3TB I use 3 TB WD External drives to back up each 3 TB array and I rotate them offsite at my in-laws so if my house burns down I don't lose all them precious moments on video and picutures. Once WD finally gives us the ablitiy to Sync their Cloud drives off site then I will truly be in WD heaven.

I haven't tested it yet but the package looks solid.

Fails after 5 months, worked good for the first few months then fails.

I was shopping for a hard drive that would last a long time for my NAS. After doing a few research, the RED drives were designed for such purpose. It's been only a month, but there's no issues with the drive. Access speed is fine too.

No problem here... It does what it says, and that makes me happy.

They have a big noise. But this is great deal for my NAS.

Purchased this hard drive for my Synology Nas and it has performed very well for me with no issues thus far.

Already had purchased one before. Bought a second one recently to add to the NAS. Works great!!!!
