    I don't know what to write here this stuff works in the back ground. I have not received any messages that blocked any thing so I presume it I doing its job. If best buy recommended it I am sure it is great

    This previously came FREE with having the Best Buy "membership", so I used it annually. Unfortunately that plan has changed a LOT, for the worse, so I had to purchase this separately. I do like Webroot, which is why I purchased it.

    Had this program 5yrs ago and was very satisfied with it. I was offered a different program which I tried for a short period but decided Webroot was a fare better program. So I repurchased it, and will continue purchasing it.

    This product has worked amazingly well!! The customer service department rock!! Both Best Buy Geek Squad and Webroot are good, but combine them and you are unstopable!!
