    We looked at a lot of disposals and decided on this one after using the disposal selector feature on the Whirlpool website. We could have spent a lot more, but realized we really didn't need a super powerful disposal after answering the questions on the survey. It does the job quickly and quietly and we haven't had any issues.

    This disposal seems to be heavy duty & solid built. Easy to install with clear instructions , & works great as advertised . And BestBuy Southaven curbside pickup was great with fast friendly service.

    Replaced old KitchenAid with Whirlpool 1/2hp. Connections: All but one connection were identical. The Whirlpool outlet spout uses a metal plate and two screws. K-Aid outlet spout interface with a plastic threaded nut mount. Whirlpool runs quieter.

    This is exactly what I needed to replace my old Whirlpool disposer which stopped working. Install was pleasantly easy, especially after watching the short video. Not whisper quiet, but also not exceptionally noisy. And definitely works great!

    Product is fine. We purchased the $200 plan that included installation only to find out that we needed a outlet to plug the new garbage disposal into. Long story short, the guys that came out to measure for this item did not share this information with us. They also measured gor our new stove top, oven and dishwaser. The measurements for all three items were wrong so we got nothing done.
