As far as microwaves go, it'll do the job and I have no complaints on it doing it's job. Installation was a beast of a task and will need at least two able-bodied adults to complete. My problem is with the nightlight on the bottom. It burns out quickly and that is a big deal for us because we want to use it all night. Like you should be able to use a "nightlight" to do. But it isn't led, has no led equivalent that you can buy, and will burn out in less than a month of normal use. Luckily, it is a quick switch and a cheap bulb.

The scheduling was good, the two workers were extremely efficient and quickly installed the microwave, and were very pleasant to deal with. We like the new microwave very much.

This microwave was an excellent purchase. This does everything I need.

This is a great microwave that has preset settings and sensors so you don’t over cook anything. I even defrosted a chicken breast without cooking the sides!!

Second time My household has purchased this model microwave. We have been using this whirlpool microwave for about 1 to two months ,have had no problems.

Great product overall. I had an old whirlpool decided to buy another one to replace the old. Love the fact I could use the same existing brackets without having to you the new ones. Fit like a glove.

I love this microwave. I originally wanted the 2.1 cubic inch model but was on back order. I ordered this one and it was definitely worth it.

I like the size of the microwave. It can accommodate large dishes. I've yet to try using the rack that came with it but overall it is a good buy.

I bought this for my mom to replace a 15 year old whirlpool unit. She didn't have enough space for the 2.1 cu ft. But it has the same features except the turntable is 12" here vs 14". installation was easy works great so far

Pros - Microwave looks great with it's stylish stainless. As far as over the stove microwaves go, it was reasonable to get it installed. May husband does construction and we found a video on Youtube with good detail. Seems to heat food quickly and evenly. Cons - I miss the 1, 2, and 3 minute quick buttons. My previous GE microwave would cook 1 minute when you pressed the number 1 without pressing time cook first. It would do the same for 2 and 3. That was super handy as 1 minute is a typical setting for me. This new microwave does not have that feature, but does have several specific presets for quick items.

This appliance works well and has easy to understand controls. Easy to keep clean and the light beneath the machine helps when preparing dinner.

Nice microwave, matches all our other appliances and I love the fingerprint resistance! The only downfall is that the light shines back on the top of the oven panel, not the actual stovetop.

I absolutely love my new microwave oven. Sleek lines and ease of use a plus. I love the soften/ melt feature for butter and cream cheese.

Our old Samsung microwave died and my husband and I were able to install this on our own fairly easily. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Love the fingerprint resistant feature.

We believe that this unit is a great value for the money compared to others in the market. And it is so easy to install, that my wife did it to surprise me. She has zero mechanical skills (well, I guess that she does now!)!

Excellent microwave- so far its working well. fits nicely in the kitchen and matches my other stainless appliances. Exactly what I needed.

I bought this as a replacement for a year old LG microwave. It was loud and didn’t heat well. It finally died. This one is quiet. Heats throughly. Exactly what I expected. Hard to beat Whirlpool.
