    Key pad got scratched when cleaning. Whirlpool replaced the part although it was only a cosmetic issue. Good customer service. Only drawback is that it only senses popcorn bags over 3.75 ounces. Aside from that, beautiful microwave.

    It’s a good microwave, It looks good, easy to use and is roomy on the inside, However the height of the microwave seems a little more than others of this class. Also the fan on this microwave seems to be weak.

    Like the multiple cooking options but wished the first 6 number buttons were instant minute buttons like my previous microwave. I think the additional shelf should be little higher so a coffee cup would fit without removing the shelf.

    I had to switch from counter microwave to over range when remodeled the kitchen. Has nice features but does not seam to heat as quickly as my sharp counter microwave. other than that its just fine.
