18000 btus ac window unit, that’s pretty good For any medium room AAA ++++ 100 % recommended, just you need to have an special ac outlet cause pretty strong from and also energy saver.

It does a good job cooling 700 square feet. It is advertised as being able to cool 1000 square feet, but it may struggle a bit doing that. If I put it on cool with high fan it gets very cold. If I use it on eco mode, it works very well by turning itself on and off as needed to maintain the preset temperature. Quite a heavy unit, needs two people to install it.

Bought this AC thinking it was built in the USA, the box say's built in China. We are 80 years old and still in pretty good shape, but this unit was heavier then expected. There were not enough screws in the package to complete the assembly. There was a broken fan in the unit causing it to vibrate out of control while making a loud banging sound. The instruction book has about 4 different models listed in it, make sure your looking at the correct one, and then the instructions seem to flow from one model to another. After complaining, Best Buy sent us another one, box was torn open, Styrofoam packing was all broken up inside and the cabinet had a big dent in the side. We used the old cabinet and new AC compressor and then it worked. Good luck.

We bought this air conditioner a day before we had 112 plus temp, We are so pleased how The air conditioner cooled our house down and our bedrooms were about 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the house but still cool and comfortable .. As of now we are really pleased and would recommend this air conditioner.. It is a 220 volt

Can’t really review this one as I had to return it it was 220 power and I needed it to be 110 power. But I can say that the exchange went very well and I will continue to buy all my electronic equipment from Best Buy. Thank you.

Wish that we would have been told that it needed a separate 120 line. Works great for our small house.

No problem..No problems with installation, no problems with operation. Only complaint is opening the remote to change batteries.

Paid two guys to remove my old AC and put this one in. Compressor never came on once only the fan worked. I've ordered another one and waiting. Of course will pay the guys to remove and put the next new one in. Must drive to another town to return the defective one. Lots of extra cost that I can't get back.

Did a curbside pick up when I got it back to the shop to get it out of the bed of the truck the box was really rough looked like it had been dropped we opened it and the air-conditioning has several dings and dents doesn’t sit straight is operational we had to have it that day I made a phone call and was told since we had used it and unboxed it that there was nothing they could do?
