Purchased this for my Mom and myself. The first time she cooked on it, water from boiled eggs overflowing left a difficult stain to get off. I have only used mine a couple of times and ....any little splatter leaves difficult spots to get off.

Technician was professional and answered all questions I had. Tested out cook top before he left to make sure all was in working order. Cook top is sleek and easy to use.

First time buying this type of electric cooktop. Was not told how delicate this appliance is. The very first time of use, something got on one of the burners and now there's a glob that will not come off. Another burner now has bubbles beneath the outer layer. It's not all what it was made out to be during the sales pitch. Don't see this unit lasting the twenty plus years that our old Kenmore electric cooktop with the top burner elements. It handled normal daily cooking usage wonderfully. The focus is not about cooking on this thing. The focus for us is about not causing damage to top layer. Don't know what to expect if all four burners are used at one time. So many don't do this, careful with that, watch how you treat the "new and the latest cooktop". It's soo delicate. This thing is not made for everyday, normal use. Got to handle it with kids gloves. Will not buy this type of electric cooktop again. Now seriously thinking about switching to a gas range next time. Will "NOT" recommend this product to anyone. Sooo disappointed!!! *** Rating this cooktop from 1 thru 10, it's a zero!!!

This cooktop is great. Fit perfectly into my existing cut-out. Installation was was a breeze. The service agent was prompt and professional. My only complaint is there is only really one large burner. This is an issue when needing to use 2 large pans at once. I wish the burner on the top left was a just little bigger. Overall great product!

My old one wasn’t regulating the heat evenly so finely got this one. It’s a whole new experience cooking now. I love that one burner can be used for a small pan or large.

Good cooktop. The only issue we have is that sometimes it looks to get wear if we spill some stuff on the stove. It's hard to remove and leaves it not looking like new. Overall though this is an excellent stovetop. It gets hot very fast. The only con is that sometimes it tends to regulate its own temperature. I understand this may have been a safety feature, but if I want it on high, it shouldn't just sporadically turn off.

Cooktops works very well. Would recommend to anymone looking to buy a new one.

Wow, I could not believe how much this made a difference in the kitchen. Not only does it look good but it works great too. Easy to clean. Easy to use and easy to look at.

Looks great, fit just fine .. Delivery and installation were perfect. This model seems to scratch easily and the black dials don't tell you exactly where it's set. Wish I had kept my old dials from my previous Black Whirlpool Electric Cooktop.
