Very helpful and real Pros. The machine has been shaking and moving some when it goes into a spine cycle. The unit is level but stills moves.

Had to return/exchange in a week. Takes a minute to figure out how to use it. I don’t necessarily want to download every last thing in my life but instructions have to be downloaded. Best Buy handled it well. Too bad they contract out delivery people. Very hit and miss.

But, I went with it’s past performance. It annoyingly starts and stops and this unit leaked at the bottom of the door.
