I've only owned for about a month but so far so good. Having the dual element on one burner is convenient for when I'm cooking multiple dishes at once. It heats up quickly. My only complaint is that the cooktop surface scratches easily and I have been unable to get a streak-free clean but that's my error. The oven is great.

Works perfectly. The only issue I have is the cook top does get rings in it easily around the burners. Looks like the finish on it is melting off. The oven heats fast and cooks great.

Great Range, modern looking, easy to clean with flat top

Oven and range work great. The drawer at the base can be funky and would be nice if the back could be higher. Stuff that fits can just fall out the back.

This is a decent enough range with plenty of room and pretty accurate internal temps, however after a year of owning it it has an odd internal error regarding the clock that resets it ever so often. It doesn't affect anything other than the clock or timer, so the stove and oven is still able to do its job.

Love my new stove! Works great and everything is easy to work on it!

This is a terrible oven. 1. Oven temp is 10 degrees lower than stated on the screen. 2. The fan is horribly loud. This is my 2nd convention oven, and this is way louder than my previous oven. 3. Timer buzzer; does it even exist? Unless you are within 10 feet, you won't even hear it when it goes off. 4. The front burners stay too hot to simmer anything.

Bought this stove to stage a home for sale with a few other appliances from Best Buy. They always have the best prices and best delivery. I am sure this stove will make the new owners very happy.

bought this for my parents. this is their first glasstop and they love how easy it is to clean, in comparison to the electric range.

Works great, everything I wanted from a stove/oven. The drawer/warmer on the bottom is smaller than most. My only complaint is Best Buy, the manufacturer, and the installation people need to get it together and get on the same page. Anything for a sale though.....

Love that that has five burners and that the south plaining is very manageable and easy to youd self cleaning. Also the delivery guy was very efficient and had everything going within fifteen minutes.

This is a good product so far, It works well, looks good.

Love the ease of use and how quickly and easy it cleans up. Burners seem to heat up much quicker than my past Samsung.

We have only had this range for a couple weeks. Purchased also with a refrigerator. But so far so good. We had this exact model on order through Lowes for 14 months.., that's 14 months! Our of frustration I checked other retailers and found this at Best Buy. In fact they had several in stock while Lowes could not get any for over a year. The two guy install crew were very nice and professional. They knew exactly what there were doing so the removal of our old unit and moving in the new went very smoothly. We chose the Whirlpool over other brands because of the black stainless finish. Whirlpool uses a powder coat process while LG and Samsung use paint. And that scratches too easily. Summary, so far the wait was worth it. Baking so far has been a breeze. Getting to know a new range/stove top can be a challenge.

Really wanted a gas range but love this oven. Self cleaning and can make a frozen pizza in 15 min with no prebaking. Love it
