This washer doesn't have an agitator which allows for washing bulky items like rugs and pillows. The washer is efficient and flexible enough to allow different timing and cycles for a variety of situations. I love that the choice panel reads from left to right. With large or bulky rugs, lay them flat on the plate to avoid load balance issues.

Awesome washer with tons of features. Would totally recommend it to somebody looking for a reasonably priced washer.

It has all the features I need, including the touch controls instead of the knobs and dials. It's not too bad on noise during the cycle. When I close the door to the laundry room I can't even hear it washing. The alert tone is pleasant and you can hear it just fine! No more screeching buzzers. And I love it being agitator free. My nice knits don't look so beat up anymore.

I was hesitant to move to the new high efficiency washers. But overall it works great. Seems more gentle on my clothes. Only negative would be the long wash times. I’ve found I like to add an extra rinse, which increases the time. But overall great buy.

Great looking machine. The machine is easy to use and does a great job cleaning clothes. It uses less water than my previous machine. Noise level is minimal.

this washer has so many different settings! i love the fact that it automatically senses how much water to use, so you don't waste water.

This is a great washer. It holds a lot more clothes than you would think. Love the fact that the controls sound like a piano. Really good value for the money.

Best washer I've owned till date ,for the unbelievable low price it does come with a lot of features from the touch sensing buttons to temperature settings for the water , lovely sound alerts and so much more , and yes it can wash your comforter and bulky sheets it actually has a setting for that

Great washer, it takes a whole lot less time to wash clothes and uses a lot less water, spins the clothes a lot dryer so they dry faster

I would recommend this to any large family. The washer has a large capacity and clothes come out looking great!

This washer is a little load but great for the price.

Washer was on special so I was somewhat leary if it would work well enough. I was pleased with the ratings I reviewed so I ordered it. I have had it for a little under 2 months. This is the first electronic/digital washer I've owned and it is taking a lot for me to get used to. I would prefer a see-through lid but when I ordered it I did not know what to expect on how this type of machine works. It would help me to watch to learn what each setting does. Also, the lid has a slight curve to it so you cannot leave anything on top unless you want to find it on the floor; shattered and leaked out. These are just things I needed to get used to. It does seem to clean and wring out / spin the clothes so as not to be soaked well. There are many settings to choose from, which is nice. I would recommend with some caution only because I do not have anything to compare it to.

I purchased this washer on sale. It was a great buy. It has a very low agitator and does not use much water. You can set it on a "regular amount" of water if you prefer. You can set it for a pre-soak, but you cannot leave the lid open once you turn it on.

I'm very pleased with the new washer. Enormous capacity, big enough for a family. Great controls. One problem when I first bought it. Like most people, I don't want to read instructions. So, I didn't know that when you touch the control to start the washer, your finger has to linger for a second or two until it reacts. Once I figured that out I have been completely satisfied. No vibration or rattling, no noise, and the digital controls tell me how long until it is done. A good step into the new century LOL.
