This has been a fun machine to have. We used it when hosting multiple holiday parties and everyone was amazed and loved our “cool ice balls!” We also use it daily in our drinks because the larger size ice doesn’t melt as fast as regular ice. The machine itself is actually quieter than the other ice makers we’ve had so that is nice, and it makes them fairly quick for how big they are. It sounds like there may be a fan that turns on inside after the ice is made that keeps the air cooler inside to help them stay cold longer. Another feature we like is that it comes with two ice cube trays that enclose the spheres perfectly so you can store them in the freezer nicely. The machine is slightly bigger than what we had hoped which makes it not fit under the upper cabinet where we originally wanted to place it but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. If you enjoy entertaining this really is a great machine to have for “fun” drinks!

The ice machine works perfectly. I was sick of making large ice balls the manual method and happy I found this large ice machine. Ice is exactly as expected, comes out clear. Would highly recommend.

Overall, I really like it. The ice quality is the standout feature for me - the spheres come out clear, solid, and don't melt quickly, which is pretty cool. Setup was straightforward, and once it's running, it's very cool to see perfectly formed ice balls ready in such a short time. The only minor note I'd mention is the size of the unit. It's definitely on the larger side, so you do need to plan counter space and ventilation ahead of time. That said, it feels like a fair tradeoff for the production capacity and performance it delivers. All in all, I think it's a really cool product and i really like it.
