We purchased this lock for use on a bedroom door in a rental apartment. it appears to be very well built and works well. I like the feature that allows me to know when the batteries need to be changed (I would recommend that you plan to change the batteries every 12-16 weeks). If the renter cannot remember their password, you can open the door remotely using your cell phone. This model also has a key as a back-up in the event that something goes wrong with the electronics (as of this time that has not happened). I highly recommend this lock for anyone needing remote access.

I have had this product for last 3 years and it has been very safe, functional and appropriate. I can control it from anywhere i am to let pwoplw in and out of my apartment. I bought 2 more units for my new place. I would definitely recommend this.

Amazing features, sleek design, seamless performance!

Easy to install, directions were clear. Best part call support is available 24/7. Had an issue after the install and call support was able to help fix the issues in less than 5 mins. Prefectos works with apple home kit which was a plus for me.

One of the best door locks you can buy! It connects to WiFi and has all the features you could want. I love that it also connects to AirBnB and allows temporary codes for guests. Highly worth the price

The lock works very well. The app did have an issue. We have multiple locks. To add users to the 2nd lock, I had to delete them and then recreate the user and add both locks to them. I couldnt just add the lock to them when there was only 1 lock. After recreating the account, everything was fine. I like that if there is any resistance on the bolt, the lock "taps" the bolt to try to force it to close. Other locks I've tried just give up and error if that happens.

Bought this lock so my wife didn't have to fumble with her keys when she got home. The auto unlock feature stopped working and then the app stopped controlling the lock. The lock would not connect to Bluetooth or WIFI. Yale blamed it on an Android update. I used the Apple app and the same problems existed. Yale will try 500 solutions before replacing the lock. I ended up buying another lock - it wasn't a Yale.

The lock is very user. The woman that installed it was excellent kind and very knowledgeable about the lock she took time to explain the features. Excellent product and reasonably priced.

Overalls it’s decent lock. It looks nice, works well enough. It does struggle a little with WiFi dropout even with an Eero 6E mesh system with a node 29 feet away. That irritates me sometimes. Could be better, could be much worse.

Installed without a problem. I have the wifi version and it seems to be work well. The battery compartment is easily accessible from the inside, so changing batteries will be simple.

Bought this as a replacement/upgrade for an existing deadbolt. It performs as advertised and was very easy to install. So far no issues and no keys to lose…

Seems to work great so far. Love that I can control my lock from anywhere with my phone. Looks nice. Had a digital keypad before and like the real buttons better on this one

Product works as intended. Love the feature of auto locking when you leave or have been home for a few minutes. No issues as of now, have had it for about 2 months.

Its great how you can open the lock 3 ways. It unlocks with your phone, keypad and physical key. I was looking for a smart lock with a physical key and this is it! Inshallation took about an hour and was super easy.

I truly love it. I recently changed and had to change every lock in the house. So I decided to get this lock. It was easy to install and even easier to use the app. It's worth it

Got a new lock for my parents. They hate keys and they hate getting up to unlock door. This has made everything so easy but installing it was a little tricky trying to make everything fit properly.

We have this on our garage in place of the old touchscreen version that connected through Amazon (which they discontinued support for) and it looks/works great. Love the feedback feel and sound of the buttons as well.

I am absolutely thrilled with this smart lock. We own a B&B and never have to worry about guests not locking the door behind them anymore nor leaving keys outside for self check-in.
