Got a new lock for my parents. They hate keys and they hate getting up to unlock door. This has made everything so easy but installing it was a little tricky trying to make everything fit properly.

Seems to work great so far. Love that I can control my lock from anywhere with my phone. Looks nice. Had a digital keypad before and like the real buttons better on this one

Its great how you can open the lock 3 ways. It unlocks with your phone, keypad and physical key. I was looking for a smart lock with a physical key and this is it! Inshallation took about an hour and was super easy.

Great lock I preferred the buttons over the keypad This makes getting in for guests that much easier

I am absolutely thrilled with this smart lock. We own a B&B and never have to worry about guests not locking the door behind them anymore nor leaving keys outside for self check-in.

We have this on our garage in place of the old touchscreen version that connected through Amazon (which they discontinued support for) and it looks/works great. Love the feedback feel and sound of the buttons as well.

Easy install and works well. The app is easy to use but there are some things that can improve.

Great lock. Had geek squad install it. It took them less than twenty minutes to take the old lock out and install this electronic lock. Easy to use. Plan to buy a few more to use.

Simple. Easy to use. Connectivity had no issues. It took a little bit of work to install it in my door, but honestly this is one of the best Yale lock in a long time. I was looking at this one or the one with the fingerprint reader, I work in tech and bypassing a fingerprint reader is extremely (easy no matter the) so I opted for this one.

I tried going cheap before, but you get what you pat for. This lock was easy to install and easy to use. Setting up multiple users was a breeze. Yale is a lock manufacturer, so they understand how to do it right.

Amazing door lock, i did not know it had no finger print but besides that this lock is amazing with the auto unlock it works perfectly

What I like this is that you can put your call and easy to open and close you tell it to Alexa because I connected with Alexa and Alexa close the door my wife love it my kids love it

Looks nice, was easy to install, prefer the push button over the digital screen

I love how you can create different guest profiles with designated codes! Also that you can lock and unlock the door from the app at any point! And see a history of who has unlocked it. Highly recommended!

This lock is one of the best I’ve used. Easy to set up and install didn’t have any issues there. I was done with installation and set up within the hour. My favorite feature is the Auto Unlock.

This loxk is perfect if you are looking for something simple. When you walk up to the door it auto unlocks for you. When your leaving it automatically locks if you forget. Simple installment. Highly recommend

The absolute best lock out there. I can control from absolutely anywhere in the US. Add and remove temporary codes. Also gives me a live update on when and who opens the door. ❤️❤️❤️

We researched pretty much all of the smart locks out there and decided on the Yale since it had the best reviews. We've only had it installed for about a week now, but the setup was very easy, the app is super simple, and the lock works flawlessly with either the keypad or app. Google Home had a bit of a tough time adjusting to it but eventually got over itself without any intervention on our part. It was a little pricey but so far seems to be worth it. I'm curious to see how long it will be before the batteries need replacing. Will update when they croak.
