The Yamaha - 1015w 7.2-ch. Network-ready 4k Ultra Hd And 3d Pass-through A/v Home Theater Receiver was a great addition to our radio station studio sound system. We are really please on the features and various ways we are using it. Easy set up and it's working great!

Does everything I could ask for. Very easy to use and to setup. The receiver also has plenty of watts to push great sound to the surround speakers. I have bought cheaper receivers before and well sometimes you get what you pay for, spend the money this receiver does it al.

This system is easy to set up and the sound and image processing it does are amazingly good. Crisp, clean, and isolated sound in more channels than I have speakers. Plenty of power out of this hub of my home entertainment system.

I bought this to replace a Denon receiver that I was in love with for years. When I upgraded my T.V. to 4K ultra HD, I realized the Denon could not process the signal. I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first Yamaha. Man did this unit blow me away! Fantastic sound, too many options to list and super easy setup. The 2 channel stereo for music is crystal clear and packs plenty of power. Built in Wi-Fi updated it's own firmware when I fired it up - easy WPS setup. Broad, crisp surround modes and flawless video processing. Make sure you upgrade any HDMI cables to the new high speed standard. Great buy!

For the price this unit is amazing, easy to set up, easy to use and sounds great. Has just enough power to be good and loud, but still be clear and great sounding.

I'm very happy with this receiver, I did tons of research and purchased the onkyo TN 656, I wasn't too happy with the the way it sounded, I needed to really turn up the volume in order to get some sound. I returned it and got this Yamaha and love the sound quality, it's features and the app that goes with the receiver. The sound is nice and smooth there is zero distortion when you turn it up really loud and it sounds great at low volumes. The only thing I wish it would have would be the video upconversion like the Onkyo will settle for better quality sound

This system does it all. Wi-Fi connection gives access to net radio. With thousands of stations from around the world. Has Bluetooth, USB connections for easy set-up. Programmed settings for multiple sound options. Great displays on front display screen. 7-1 speaker options this unit rocks it out!!

This Yamaha receiver is a great value for the price especially with the features that it comes with like two zones, Bluetooth in which you can listen to movies but on a Bluetooth headset to not disturb your family late night as including wi-Fi control so you can control your receiver through your smart devices as well as play music from your smart devices directly. Another great thing it does is when you have parties and it could play in the living room wall is controlling another Bluetooth system in another room to play the same music.

This unit replaced and eight-year-old unit. This was very easy so simple to set up and get working with the existing speakers. I label all the wires and just follow the directions hooked it up ran the test let the microphone do his job. Puff we were done in 20 minutes. The wireless feature is great you did a software update after was hooked up to the Internet. The remote control makes it easy to operate. The sound is better than with the old unit. Best Buy has the best price and picked up at the store after talking with one of their staff.

I was a satisfied previous owner of a Yamaha AV receiver and when needing an upgrade to support a new UHD TV purchase, it was natural to have Yamaha at the top of my evaluation list. While you can spend more money and potentially get more features, this unit has most of what anyone could need or want at a reasonable price point. Well thought out features and menu and interface system made the transition simple. I also love the YPAO microphone to optimize the acoustic profile based on unique room characteristics.

The quality of the sound created by this receiver is exceptional. It allows you to hook up various items through HDMI outlets, thus allowing easy hook up and it allows you to go from different outlets without having to hook anything extra up.

I purchased this receiver because my older one did not have enough power for my new in wall speakers. This receiver makes the speakers sound amazing for the price. It also does everything that I could want (has bluetooth, optical, plenty of HDMI ports, and AUX). It also has the option to have different rooms, but I have not tried it yet. Two things that could be improved are the remote and having an AUX input in the back.

In fairness it could be something I need to figure out, but my one frustration is the lack of compatibility with plugging in Apple products to the USB port. Bluetooth control works fine but I couldn't plug my iPod into the USB and play it or control it like you can in most cars. Otherwise everything it claims to do, it does. With a little work you can get the multi room/multi source feature working. Great if you have speakers in another room or outside. Sound is clear, amp is fine if your not trying to raise the roof.

This is a true bang for your buck. It is made of best quality and is a true value for your money. I would surely recommend this to anyone who is looking for one!.

With several video, audio, internet, wifi, and bluetooth options this unit should work for most folks. If you take the time to step through the setup completely you will end up with a simple to use system with four default options each configured to your needs. I have buttons for blueray, TV, and a PC (for Youtube, etc), and one button to spare.

I bought this receiver to replace a 13 year old Onkyo that had quit working. This is a great receiver with all the bells and whistles: 7 channels, Bluetooth, MusicCast and other features. It was very easy to disconnect my previous receiver and follow the installation instructions to connect the Yamaha. This is great receiver and me and my family are enjoying great sound.

This receiver has tons of features, you can play songs on your phone through the Bluetooth/Airplay.With quick hook up guide I was able to setup this quickly. I can operate the receiver from my iphone with help of Yamaha AV controller app. Overall it made our life more easier to operate and enjoy.

Had to replace my onkyo that I had for years that I was very happy with til it broke was looking at another onkyo that was a lot more then this one but decided for half the price I'd try this one I've had it a few days now and surprisingly happy with it glad a decided to take a chance

Sounds Amazing. I brought it as a open box item so I'm missing the correct book and remote.

Hooked this one using hdmi and audio optical cable (return from tv) we us Netflix and Amazon prime along with set-top box. This unit has Bluetooth as well. Excellent sound and easy to set-up. Replaced old stereo receiver when we got a new Samsung ultra high def television.
