It's alright. My 3rd receiver, lasted a year and now I don't get video. It's the worst out of the Sony and Onkyo I have of the same price range. I love how it looks but audio wise it's the worst of the big brands I've tried. I'm going to claim a warranty

I have been using Yamaha for my AV Receivers for many decades. This one does not disappoint. Plenty of power and quality sound. A little complex to set up and adjust all the settings.

Probably a good receiver, but I had to send it back for a refund, as when I started to install it in my system, I realized it didn't have all the connections I needed.

Great for family rooms or movie theater rooms. Easy to integrate , phones, projector, cables boxes, chromcast, etc. This unit has turned my room to the goto spot for everything.

Lots of features. Workings with Sony X809H, PS4, TiVo Roamio, and Roku Ultra somewhat strained at times. Favorite feature is being able to watch the Wild while listening to KUOM.

Economical receiver, has many options to tweak to your listening preferences. Simple easy to follow menu. Will run entry level speakers just fine. Not recommend for high end speakers though. Not enough power. Overall a great buy for a occasional 2 channel listener

Product was in stock to pick up, but I did have to wait on hold for 15 minutes before an employee could verify the 1 item listed on the website was a new unit and not a demo.

I returned this in lieu of the V6A, only because the V6A offers one set of preamp outputs. This allows me to use my own monster amplifier to fire my fronts.

Solid home theater receiver. All was expected on setup and the sound quality is an improvement on the 15+ year old unit it replaced. Setup required a bunch of manual tweaking after the automated process just did not get it right. Overall a great fit for our purposes in a dedicated theater.
