Awesome Refrigerator

Bad Product, No service for warrante
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product was delivered in Sep 2020 and installed in November. I had problems within a few months. Started beeping and displaying "HI" error code. I spend over 2 hours between hold, registering the warranty and speaking with a rep who would not do anything until I shut down the unit for 24 hours to do a hard reset. This unit is built-in so I have to shut it down at the breaker. Anyway, that did not work, so I put in an online request for them to contact me. Never heard from them. I then called over and over, but the wait times are so long I have to keep hanging up and calling back. You leave a message and they do not call you back. My original problem has never been solved, but now I am receiving error code E3. I am currently sitting on hold, I am at 25 minutes so far as my warranty for labor will be up in September and I truly believe they just want to avoid you until the warranty is up. After review, there are many people with these kinds of error message and temperature issues. So, they know they have a bad product.

Interior fan makes pulsing sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like everything about the fridge except one thing that has ruined it. When the door is closed and the compressor is off, the fan makes a pulsing, whirling sound that is extremely annoying. (Think about the rowing machine at the gym and the pulsing the fan makes as you row.) I don't know if my unit is defective or if the fan is just really poorly designed. Why does it pulse? Can't it just stay on at a low speed?
