A: If you purchase the Smart Hardwire kit, it can be used 24/7 (while the vehicle is off, the camera will be activated for a brief time when it senses a vehicle movement) and only shutting down when the hardwire kit senses that the car battery is running too low. A: The S1 comes with a hardwire kit that uses standard fuses. Check with your car manufacturer to determine what fuse size you need to successfully install the hardwire kit. If you use any other fuse size, you will need to purchase a fuse adapter to replace the fuse end that comes with the S1 hardwire kit.

A: What kind of pick up truck? I have an F-150, unfortunately I haven't been able to connect the rear view camera because the ceiling its lover than the window's edge. The camera's view is obstructed. The front camera and cab cam work great on the truck.
