  “Running on Empty” is a little gem of a film about a rather unusual family. Warner Bros. Archive Collection Blu-ray transfer looks pretty good, with deeply saturated colors, natural skin tones and adequate fine detail. The audio, in Dolby Digital 2.0, is clear and serviceable.
