Samsonite - Modern Utility Case for 13.5" Laptop - Charcoal/Charcoal Heather

Nice bag but faulty shoulder strap design resulting in my contents falling multiple times damaging contents including laptop. The clasp hinges at the end and has a large release causing it to come undone easily. I have been carrying this around like a briefcase due to the unreliable strap. I primarily purchased because of perceived quality name of Samsonite however upon trying to contact their customer service directly have not received any resolution and limited responses. Samsonite does not provide a phone number either on their website either. Greatly disappointed in Samsonite product as a whole and will definitely purchase from someone else in the future.

I was looking at this bag but didn't get it at first because of the price but I ended up going back to the store to get it because I could not get it out of my mind that it would work for my stuff. It has become the everyday bag that I bring to work back and forth. It holds my papers, calendar, and surface just like I wanted. It has room for a few notepads and pens. It could be a tad bigger in the front to hold a few more pens but overall, It has been amazing to have.

Great bag. Lots of pockets will hold my iPad Pro and my husband’s.

The suitcase is perfect for my laptop I always want it. I really recommend it.
