A: Just bought the Samsung and it makes vibration noise when starting Took it back to get another one it does the same thing
A: Best Buy has some incorrect info - this (SKU # 5812200) microwave has the same watts as the stainless version, "950 watts". You will see the error if you add this microwave to COMPARE, it will incorrectly show it as a 1600w unit and also state that it is has convection - which is also not true. Someone asked the question about the incorrect convection listing before and I guess Best Buy still hasn't fixed it. To answer the general question, all things considered, units listing more watts means more powerful, faster cooking times.

Q: IS THERE AN INTERIOR LIGHT?
A: Yes, there is an interior light.
A: Actually, it's not. I removed mine and now I have grease trapped between the black screen and the inner window. Really frustrating. I'm told there is not way to clean or repair it, other than putting on a whole new door.
A: There is a ceramic coating like the one found in an oven inside believe it or not. It makes cleaning very easy and it should be safe for your Feathered Friends
