A: The dimensions of the product are as follows: 70.875 x 32.25 x 32.5 inches.
Q: what type of socket/plug does it have & need? Is it the 3 common/normal prong plug?
A: Just a regular grounded three-prong plug.
Q: Is the side of the fridge stainless steel or is it black material?
A: Not stainless, nor black. Metallic grey color, and an orange peel type texture.
Q: Is it loud?
A: It is slightly noisier than out previous fridge but we have already gotten used to it. Not a big deal Cool new feature for us is if a door is slightly ajar for too long it sets off an alarm to alert you.
Q: Do you haul away the old appliance?
A: Our old refrigerator was hauled away by the Best Buy delivery service company.
Q: Top is not cooling what can we do to make it work
