A: The major difference is the jump from LED to QLED (Samsung's name for OLED) Standard flat screen TV's have large light sources shining out from behind the LED screen to light up the screen. But they light up the entire screen at all times. So areas that should be dark are never really very dark. QLED/OLED change the light source so that they don't illuminate the entire screen at all times. For most people this won't be a noticeable difference. But if you like to watch TV/movies in the dark, the difference becomes much more obvious.

Q: Does the 43 in QLED hav better viewing angles than the regular ( not QLED ) 43 in models?
A: I have the TV in a bright living room and the picture is great at any angle.

Q: Is this the same as the QN43Q6DR model?
A: Same, but the dr version has supposedly worse speakers. However, depending on where you buy it, the q6dr may have a 5 year Warrenty.
Q: What type of HDMI is it. Is it 2.0 also what is the ms response time
A: It has HDMI 2.1.
A: This is a 2019 model. Has the latest and greatest menu and apps. I have experienced Netflix issues like what you mentioned on older tv’s, but have not had any problems with this set.
