Don't Question Yourself Just Buy It!
It was easily one of the best purchases we've made. We switched from a stacked unit to this unit, so we had more room for storage. It's such a game-changer now that it is VENTED and alerts us when it's done on all household items. No more forgetting clothes and having to rewash anything. We are a four-person family (with a toddler and baby), and it handles everything easily, including bedding.

Stay far away from Beat Buy
We never got a chance to use this combo because the best buy delivery and install crew turned it on after the install and left. We smelled burning and found they had left all of the packaging and other items inside the washer/dryer which caused the items to melt and start to burn. We spent a week trying to get some help from best buy. They are absolutely horrible. No one cared and you can’t call the store you have to go back. When we did go back the store manager wasn’t there as he gets off at 3 or 4pm. My daughter doesn’t get off work until 4:30pm. Store manager never called her back. I had to drive two hours up to the St Louis Best Buy Outlet where we finally caught him. We returned every thing we purchased and drove directly to Menards and purchased a new washer and dyer. Stay away from Best Buy if you can. No one will help you when they are in the wrong.

Samsung 5.3 cu ft. Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo
I enjoy using the all in one machine. Sometimes the load is not dried thoroughly; an item or 2 of clothing will be stuck at the back of the drum and not spin with the rest of the load. There was a product upgrade after the manual that came with my machine was printed which made it quite difficult to find the answers I needed. Subsequent calls to Samsung were extremely frustrating... either I was misunderstood, or I was passed on to another agent who specialized in the problem the current agent thought I had. Still not completely satisfied with the support available or how to use and/or program my machine.
