A: It needs a water line. It comes with a hose so you can tee your cold water line so you can have two cold water lines.
A: Stacking is not recommended by Samsung. In case of fire, Stacking may prevent heat from escaping and can create a fire hazard.Hope this helps.

A: No, the washer is too heavy. The weight of the water and clothes will cause the washer to move around during the spin cycle so it's best the washer be stacked on the bottom and the dryer on the top.
