A: Its a cellular network service provider (like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc). They are subsidiery company that doesn't own any cellular towers so they "rent" tower use from T-Mobile. If you choose their service you'll likely receive similar to T-Mobile's quality of service but their own paid account users will obviously be given the first and best access to the all of their available services and towers before customers using companies like total wireless will. In my opinion, for the money, the service is worth what you pay in comparison to what you pay with the 3 companies that own every tower I'm America, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

Great cell
I really do love this phone. I like that its lighter in weight than my other cell. Works great so far good speed for the things I do. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great in between cell..not to costly and does all I need it for.

Great value!
I bought this as a second phone (with more data and unlimited calling) for the virus shutdown. I am impressed by how rapidly it responds when I flip through all the screens and menus. The operating system is more advanced than my previous Android device, particularly the features for monitoring data and battery usage. The screen is bright and colorful, and makes good use of the real estate by continuing almost to the edges of the phone. The only possible negative that I can think of is the Prop 65 warning, but hopefully that is for the charging cable (I use another) or for the internals.

Good phone just need to get used to it
I used to have an iPhone. So this one is significantly larger, harder to handle and has loud startling notifications. It is partially just the fact that I have to get used to a new type of phone. It works perfectly fine but gives me way to many notifications for every little thing. Again probably something I have to figure out in the settings. It was a fair price though and it works. I’m satisfied.
