Q: Confirm this is 850M unlocked and NOT the 850A (AT&T) version?
A: I ordered the Gold color and they shipped me G850A ATT version. I contacted them and they said they have G850H now web site says G850H in title, G850M in description. Basically they do not know what they have. it is a pain to deal with customer service. if you want G850M you won`t get it by buying this.

Q: Warranty
A: Nataliya, When I order the phone, BB told me that I can return it for a full refund within their usual 14 day policy. If you order it online so that's from the day you receive it. Make sure you have a NANO sim card, I lost a week trying to get a new card. If you don't have one, get one, it comes with many adapters, so even if you don't keep the phone, you can use the sim card going forward. I haven't really checked out Samsung's warranty. To be honest, I baby my phone and usually run pass any warranty til the phone is obsolete. RiCky
