Q: Is a LG phone compatible with Samsung Galaxy buds true wireless earbud headphones?
A: Galaxy buds do work with androids and iphones. Bit there uas been a issue with the volume. Even if your phone volume is all the way, the headphones are so low. And the only thing to fix that is "Advanced options" and my phone dosent have that.
Q: Do you have to use both earbuds together or can use independently
A: Yes they can be used independently and when one is taken out the music while stop and will continue on the other.
Q: Do these have buttons to change volume or are these touch controlled?
A: It's touch based. In the app, you can customize the "Touch and Hold" gesture to Volume Up and Down. The right ear is Volume Up, left ear is Volume Down.
Q: How long does the earbuds last per hour
A: They hold about a 5 hour charge on their own. Putting them back in the case will recharge them and give you a longer battery life so you wont have to actually plug them in to recharge.
Q: What cause the beeping sound in the bud?
A: it started today on my buds+ (right bud) with s20+ when listening to deezer, very annoying. I was sitting with the sun on my right side and put it down to overheating. Ill try again out of the sun later. I thought it was a notification 1st but phone was clear of notifications. If it still does it I'll reset them if it continues then I'll send them back for replacement.
