OMG!! I love this phone. It's my 5th galaxy phone. It does everything that the advertisement says it's suppose to do. Some of the reviews said that the fingerprint is hard to use with a phone protector, but I have not had an issue with it at all. It's the best phone that I have ever purchased, by far. I was going to upgrade to an S10 but decided that I might as well get the Note 20 Ulta. So glad I did. I'm happy that I got it at Best Buy because their customer has been great, especially answering questions regarding this phone. I only do reviews if I've had bad experiences, but I had to do this one because I am so pleased and happy with my phone. If you're having a had time deciding, just do it. You'll be glad you did. It's really worth it!!!
My son switched from Apple to Android, and this was his choice for his birthday. He loves it, and he researched it very thoroughly before making a decision. It was a huge change. The camera is amazing, with definition and clarity that is hard to beat. He said, “It’s almost like having a little PC in my hand.” Comes highly recommended from a tech guy.
I pre-ordered this phone and was waiting excitedly for it's release and then got concerned of a possible let down/disappointment. But...no! This phone does everything I want and need and more! There was a learning curve for me since I had never used a galaxy phone, but so happy I did the switch, totally worth it. One down side however is short battery life, especially if you're constantly using your phone, like me. Heads up, no headphone jack forcing you to get wireless headphones, but I guess u can see it as an upgrade in technology.
I got the phone when it first came out and have been using it pretty often to say the least. I normally put my phones through so much usage that people around me tell me let it have a break so I feel like I overall have some decent hours on the phone and before this phone I had a s9+ and have been using samsung phones for a bit which may lead to some biases whether they are positive or negative will be up to you.
the design of the phone is excellent in my opinion. when looking at it without a case, you will see a very nice looking phone that will instantly make you think premium. If this phone has to be described in a single word it would definitely be premium. although the bump of the phone is huge, it sort of gave it some character and I feel like that is the approach samsung decided with it. The bump is not practical at all, but it just fits so well with the design that I do sometimes give it a pass, but that's because I have a case on my phone all the time so I don't notice it at all. If you want to use the phone without a case then you will have some problems when laying it flat on a surface so that's something to keep in mind.
battery life is pretty good especially for the screen size that his phone has.I get 9-10hrs avg of constant use on the phone so this is all in about 1 go without stopping or if I do then its in two sessions of 4.5-5hrs. the display can get very bright so I have my screen brightness very low on it so this might allow me to squeeze a bit more battery life on my phone, but I wouldn't really know since I haven't really pushed it past half brightness mostly because I use my phone so much and I got screen burn in on my s9+ and my phone before it so now its one of the things I worry about. the 120hz feel amazing and is what I use all the time. there is a noticeable difference between 1080p and 1440p, but I think I'll stay with 1080p 120hz just because it doesn't bother me and doubt it will really bother anyone. The difference is there like I previously stated, but its mostly when going to 1440p and saying oh wow this is nice and 1080p being pretty good and not really unusable.
the camera is something that is very important to a lot of people and this is where I might not have the best opinion on it mostly because I don't take pictures often so I will try my best. I first used the phone late a night to try to capture a picture of some of the fires that were going on in California, but at a great distance. the phone did lose quality after zooming in a bit and I wasn't really to happy with the camera at that point. I gave it another shot later on and night mode helped a bit, but could use some work. Now if we are talking about pictures in daylight then I did have a mixed feeling at first too with it because I felt like the camera was not all that great from what I first saw. the pictures felt like they lacked detail in general and were awful. I kept playing with the camera a bit and later I don't know what happened, but the quality just felt amazing. I took a picture of people and the pictures came out very good looking, but the only thing is that they don't accurately capture color, I feel like samsung camera's lean a bit more cool if you know what that means. the detail is there when taking landscape pictures, but like some other samsung phone's when you zoom in on the picture there seems to be some artifacting and this could get fixed with software updates, but I'm not sure where they are heading with this. shutter speed is still pretty bad, but again software updates could probably fix this. If you want a pictures that look nice without zooming on it once taken then the camera is very good. It just annoys me a bit that detail on the pictures gets lost when decided to zoom in to see whatever it may be.
the S-pen is pretty cool, but I don't use it too much so I can't really comment on it, but it felt pretty nice when I used it for taking some notes. I still prefer taking notes with pen and paper when possible, but the S-pen does get the job done if you need or want to use it.
Samsung really went out of their way with this phone, the fact that is can last pretty long if you decide not go push the brightness so much. The camera quality being pretty amazing after really playing with it except for the small issue when zooming in on photos that you already took. The only draw back I would say is the camera bump and needing a case for it to be usable on flat surfaces. If you wan the best of the best then of course buying this phone won't be a bad decision, but if you have something one generation behind then it may not really be worth it and I would probably wait for the next generation.

Riveting! Simply put, the best smartphone money can buy. 120hz refresh rate, 8K video, a Bluetooth stylus you can use as a remote for selfies, the list goes on and on. Wow!
I appreciate the support and knowledge of product from Kody on helping this purchase take place on a day I wasn't sure was a definite idea. The promotion for my upgrade was a deal I couldn't pass up. Kody made sure everything was taken care of, from switching my old phone over to my new phone and all paperwork complete. Kody even made himself available to go above and beyond making phone calls to make sure the trade in was the proper promotion for my account/phone line even a few days after original purchase. Thank You! Kody for your assistance.

A:AnswerIt's a Stylus that can be used for various things. As a remote to take pictures, to write notes, to screen write, to do a screen grab. It's very useful. Once you have it you'll miss when you don't.
