Great Overall Device
|Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5Pros mentioned:Battery life, Camera, Picture qualityCons mentioned:PriceI upgraded from a Note 8, and it is DEFINITELY and upgrade. Camera - The camera is the biggest selling point of this phone. It takes great photos. The 100x zoom is pretty cool, even if you'll rarely ever need it. Video can go up to 8K resolution, and photos up to 108MP. It includes a wide-angle, normal, and telephoto lens. Battery - Battery life has been phenomenal. Even with using the 120hz refresh rate. I can make it through a day of pretty heavy use with 40-50% left. Turn on power saving mode and you can extend that pretty drastically. Display - Samsung is the display king, and this one is no exception. It's bright, vibrant, and now includes the option to take the refresh rate of the display up to 120Hz. A high refresh rate screen is life-changing, especially if you've never used one. Speed/Power - This device is extremely fast. It's packing the latest processor and has 12GB of RAM. You don't have to worry about bogging this thing down. UI - The user interface is great. It's snappy and easy to use. Samsung also added some great gestures that make using this huge phone much more comfortable. Overall, I'm really happy with the upgrade. The only cons I can think of are the price and how difficult the phone is to use one-handed unless you have very large hands.

Amazing phone and camera. Glad I switched from iOS
|Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Pros mentioned:Battery life, Camera, Screen qualityCons mentioned:SizeI've been a longtime iOS user and have had Android phones on the side for years now. I've had LG's, previous Samsung Galaxys, and even a Pixel 3xl and none of them convinced me to stop using iOS and iPhones as my daily phones. Once Samsung announced the Galaxy S20 Ultra and highlighted the camera specs, I got extremely interested and decided to switch. I was afraid I'd make a mistake and miss using an iPhone but that has not been the case. I've been using this phone everyday for months and don't miss leaving iOS at all. The size of the phone is a bit large but not unmanageable. The screen is amazing especially at 120Hz. The phone is extremely fast and the battery life is the best I've had in a phone. The camera wasn't necessarily the greatest when I first got the phone but Samsung has done an amazing job with updates and the camera is absolutely my favorite part of the phone. This phone is pricey but I plan on running it for years to come. I'm glad I made the jump from iPhone to this one.

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Pros mentioned:Battery life, Camera, Picture qualityI play alot of mobile games and take several pictures on a daily basis, this phone keeps up with even my most strenuous games and battery lasts me all day even when i have the screen on most of the day. Camera takes beautiful pictures but try not to zoom past 30X without a tripod or gimbal because it is rather difficult to steady the picture.

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I upgraded from my S7 to this. It was a choice between this & the iPhone 11 Pro Max. I'm glad I decided on this as I use Google Pay ALOT. The Samsung & Best Buy Rep answered all my questions to the T. I live in the 4G area but I recently made a road trip to Ohio & the 5G is a marked improvement over the 4G.

Q: QuestionI just talked my wife into getting the Ultra, now it doesn't have the $200 off. The other 2 S20 models still have the $200 off. What gives? :-(
Asked by Nick.
- A:Answer That might have been just a limited time promotion for the ultra as in a shorter promotional period.
