Q: Do I still have to pay a monthly charge?
A: I went to the Bestbuy Store to check out this deal. I was told by the wireless account representative that no, my rate wouldn't change as long as I took a two-year contract. I decided to think about it and later went back to purchase the phone for $99 and sign up for a two year contract. I was then told that my rate would indeed go up $20 for a line charge. I didn't understand that because I'm already paying a line charge. The response was these phones cost more than $99. I then called Verizon who verified that yes, my account would go up another $20. I responded, I don't want to pay off a phone, I'm signing up for a two-year contract. Didn't matter. I didn't take the deal. Very confusing.

A: It's a redesign of the previous model with some notable upgrades. Added expandable memory up to 2T with a micro SD , water and dust resistance for 4-5 feet, larger battery, faster and the latest of Android right out the box, just to name a few
Q: Is the battery removable/replaceable?
A: The battery is not removable or replaced by the consumer/buyer but is removable/replaceable by a service center. Great question because earlier samsung phones did have removable/replaceable batteries. Problem is that some batteries not produced by Samsung were "bricking" peoples phones.

A: Hello, The $28/Mo would be if you purchased the phone through Verizon itself (not best buy) and paid off the full retail price over 2 years. The $199 through best buy is to buy the phone completely, however you must commit to a 2 year contract with Verizon. I just did this as my plan was coming due anyway and you can't beat this price for a galaxy s7

A: You get a little pin like tool with the phone. On the top left of the phone is a pin hole, you push that tool in there and sd card holder will pop out. Be careful because your sim card is in there too.

A: If you already have a Verizon More Everything Plan or Verizon Plan, you simply pay the base price plus $40/line monthly access fee. If you do not have one of these plans, you will have to switch or sign up for the Verizon Plan which will be a base cost based on the data allocation plus $40/line monthly access fee if you are buying the phones under 2-year contracts. If instead, you buy the phones under a device payment plan, the monthly access fee is $20/line.
