A: I had the same issue as I was a Sprint customer. They told me my plan was not a full T-Mobile account. What I ended up doing was going to T-Mobile to make sure I had a full T-Mobile account then got the phone from Best Buy and took it to T-Mobile to activate.

A: Unfortunately, no. This does not come with the stylus. If you buy the corresponding Samsung case it comes with the stylus.

Q: How do I redeem the $200 Samsung credit for preordering the Z Fold 3 on Sprint?
A: Open Shop Samsung on your mobile device (install it from Google Play if it is not already installed). Sign in to your Samsung account if prompted. Once there, go to For You and check the Promotions tab. You should see an option to redeem your purchase for the Samsung Credit. Follow the instructions to complete the redemption. You should receive a response within 48 hours of submission. If it is successful, you will receive your Samsung Credit within 4-6 weeks.
Q: Is this unlocked phone? I wan't one.
A: Samsung and Best Buy both offer unlocked models for the Fold3. You will be able to find the unlocked version by performing a search for it.
